When in Australia - Axiem's Employee of the Year 2015 travels to the Land Down Under!

An all-expense paid travel to the Land Down Under, Australia with generous spending money for Rizaldy Razal – a Telemarketer turned Team Coach after three (3) months of dedication and hard work and hailed as Employee of the Year 2015.
On April 27, 2016, together with our Managing Director Maryann Farrugia, Zaldy with his wife Lerma travelled to Australia to start the holiday of their lives!
When they arrived at Brisbane Airport, they were chauffeur driven straight to our Managing Director’s house and they were toured around the area. Then they visited Surfer’s Paradise, Marina Mirage, and Australia Zoo on the Sunshine Coast, Wollumbin National Park and Byron Bay. They also dined at different restaurants during their week and a half stay in Australia. They also did a quick visit to Melbourne to visit the client that Zaldy works for.
Question: What were the first thoughts you had when you flying and when you finally set foot in Australia and upon leaving it?
“It's a dream come true because not everyone can have the chance to travel that far in one of the best countries in the world, and leaving it is a bit sad but we're very happy and satisfied.”
Question: How was the whole trip and experience?
“A very remarkable one. Going to Australia is like setting your foot close to the wonders of the nature. In Australia we were able to experience the Natural beauty of the earth without air & noise pollution; no traffic, and having the chance to see a different species of birds and animals who literally roamed around every corner of the streets.”
Question: How does this trip help you as a professional and as a person?
“It helps me to put more passion to my job and motivate more myself to work hard. To meet expectations of our company, and serve as an inspiration to my colleagues for them to love their work and encourage them to work hard.”
