Chris Malong joins the Axiem Management Team as Process Development Manager on June 2, 2014. His role depicts the eagerness of the organization in implementing optimal quality assurance in its operations.
Having been in the business process outsourcing industry for over a decade, his knowledge and experience pave way to a clearer path on the company's goals and aspirations. His adept familiarity on project management, process improvement and course development is an advantage not just to the company but also on each employee therein. He is Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified and has undergone Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training. Chris's role certifies what Axiem wants to establish in the market - quality assurance.
"My main responsibility is building, developing and standardizing processes, which includes identifying and assuring the requirements and metrics for our clients are met. I am also responsible in establishing client relationships," said Chris.
Even in just the first few days with the company, Chris has noticed the different environment that Axiem offers. "The atmosphere is friendly and the people are accommodating. I can see that Axiem is very family oriented. I believe, this is the strength of the company," advised Chris.
